Vertch seeks to create a home for expressive musicians with a story to tell. We hope to use Vertch Magazine to help them understand the industry they are in or about to get into, and the finer points of making their talent and skill into a business.

It’s a place to share original content such as articles, videos and podcasts.

Whether you want to contribute a one-off article or become a regular guest writer then Vertch Magazine is a place for you.

Wherever you are, as long as you are willing to help create content that will help promote and improve the skill of these African individuals passionately driven by music, then don’t hesitate to contact us.

What we are looking for

  • Articles and content (can also be videos and podcasts) that will help improve the skill and craft of creative musicians. We believe in helping amateurs and professionals get the right knowledge needed for them to grow in the industry.
  • Featured content that are targeted towards promoting a particular craft, skill or individual in the music industry. Do you want us to help put up your works and get featured on the magazine, then you should contact us. We will advise that you first upload you work/file on the media sharing section before contacting us as we will give preference to our users.
  • Do you have a great Podcast, or Vlog you will like to share and put out there, we will be glad to help you get it to you audience.

Submit your work

  • To send a contents please email mag@vertch.com
  • Articles should be a minimum of 500 words, while podcasts or Vlog should have a minimum of 6 pre-recorded episodes
  • All work must be original, and you have full ownership of it. If your submission is successful, we will ask you to send us a profile photo and a short (less than 50-word) bio about yourself.
  • All submissions will of course be credited to you and appropriate links to your website and/or Twitter profile will be included.
